Welcome to Entertainment Games’ Returns & Exchanges policy! We understand that sometimes even the most carefully chosen Warhammer miniature or RPG book might not meet your expectations. Whether you received damaged goods or simply changed your mind about that board game expansion, we’ve got your back like a reliable party healer.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition (unpainted miniatures, unopened game boxes, undamaged books)
• Original packaging must be included (think of it like keeping your spell components intact)
• Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email works fine)

The Return Process (Your Quest in 3 Steps)

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our Customer Service Wizards within 15 days of receiving your order. Send your return request to [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, pack your items securely in the original packaging (just like you’d protect your favorite miniatures during transport). Include all components, manuals, and any bonus items that came with your order.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide you with a return shipping address (our fortress of customer service). Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service (no one likes lost loot)
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Here’s what to expect:

Refund Processing:

• Timing: 5-10 business days after we approve your return
• Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Note: Your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account

Exchanges:

If you’re exchanging an item:

• We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
• You’ll receive tracking information via email
• If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Warhammer miniatures arrived broken or you received the wrong RPG book, we’ll make it right! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

• Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
• Your order number
• A description of the issue

We’ll typically send a replacement at no additional cost (or issue a refund if preferred).

International Returns

For our customers outside the US (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Customs fees are non-refundable
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
