Order Processing

Our warehouse gnomes work tirelessly to prepare your order:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Shipping Options:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). Customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes even the mightiest warriors need to retreat and regroup. If your Warhammer miniature arrived damaged or that board game expansion wasn’t what you expected, here’s how to initiate a return:

Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if they meet these conditions:

  • Items are in original condition (unpainted miniatures, unopened game boxes, undamaged books)
  • Original packaging is included (like keeping your spell components intact)
  • Proof of purchase is provided (your order confirmation email works fine)

Non-Returnable Items

Some treasures are too precious to return:

  • Printed Media (RPG books, rulebooks) that have been opened or show signs of use
  • Dice sets removed from original packaging
  • Used Game Supplies (paint sets, brushes, etc.)
  • Opened sleeves
  • Items marked “Final Sale” (usually clearance or limited editions)

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, pack your items securely in original packaging (like you’d protect your favorite miniatures during transport). Include all components, manuals, and bonus items.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a return shipping address (our fortress of customer service). Please note:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using trackable shipping (no one likes lost loot)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Processing:
    • Timing: 5-10 business days after approval
    • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
    • Note: Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
  • Exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
